About the role

Moonfare is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our newly established Pipeline Operations team. This role is a unique opportunity to help build and shape the operational backbone of our investment platform, working at the intersection of our Investments, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Tax teams.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary project manager for end-to-end product pipeline execution, partnering cross-functionally with Investment, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Fund Operations, and Tax teams. You'll drive alignment, manage timelines, and ensure seamless delivery of fund launches across all stages.
  • Serve as the single source of truth for the entire fund pipeline lifecycle, from IC approval to Subscription, ensuring all data points are accurate, complete, up-to-date and compliant.
  • Establish and enforce governance standards for pipeline information, ensuring all teams are working from the same playbook.
  • Proactively track the pipeline through every stage, providing clear visibility on status and next steps to all stakeholders, leading regular check-ins to monitor progress and approvals against launch and closing timelines, identify potential roadblocks, and drive resolutions to keep the process on track.
  • Act as a day-to-day liaison between GPs and internal stakeholders, maintaining and communicating status, deliverables, approvals and risks to key stakeholders.

What you'll need

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, consulting, investment operations, private equity, venture capital, or startup operations
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, with the confidence to guide and influence stakeholders from different departments to meet shared objectives
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable updates
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a desire to build, document, and improve scalable processes
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry is a plus

What they offer

  • Individual growth budget of €1,500 or 2% of your base salary (whichever is higher)
  • Company pension scheme with 20% employer contribution
  • Free, anonymous access to Nilo.health digital mental health platform
  • 25 vacation days plus one additional day per year of tenure, up to maximum of 30 days
  • Free daily lunch in Berlin office
  • Subsidised Urban Sports Club membership
