Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are looking for a full-stack Recruiter to join our Berlin based Talent Acquisition team. You'll run full-cycle searches and strategically partner with both commercial and tech teams to hire talent in our 8 hubs hiring across Europe, US and APAC.

What you'll do

• Own and drive all aspects of the hiring life-cycle
• Partner with hiring managers to develop creative strategies and streamlined processes that identify the right talent for Talon.One
• Use innovative and creative sourcing techniques to spot, attract, and engage top talent
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint
• Analyze pipeline health with data, keeping stakeholders in the loop and making informed decisions to optimize the hiring process
• Maintain a keen eye for detail, understanding how our ATS and data storage impact reporting and hiring insights
• Partner with People & Culture to share market insights, strengthen Talon.One's employer brand, and improve recruitment workflows

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced, tech-focused environments
• You know how to source, engage and close top talent
• Experience working with ATS systems (we use Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proven ability to advise and build trust with stakeholders across all levels of seniority
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade others
• Outstanding skills in time management and prioritization
• A mindset of resilience and flexibility in a fast-moving environment
• Experience recruiting for technical or product roles is a plus
