About the role
You'll own one of Raisin's Investment and Pension Products areas end-to-end, leading cross-functional teams to build capital markets-based products that help customers grow their wealth. This role involves transforming complex, regulated financial systems into transparent and scalable product experiences while driving measurable business impact.
What you'll do
- Own Investment and Pension Products areas from discovery to delivery and business impact
- Develop deep product area understanding including customers, market, regulation, and competitive landscape
- Shape and maintain value-driven 12-month roadmaps balancing strategic initiatives and operational needs
- Set and track quarterly OKRs with Engineering Lead, ensuring measurable outcomes
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams
- Communicate through written product artifacts like PRDs, user journeys, wireframes, and experiment plans
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of Product Management experience leading cross-functional teams
- Proven success defining and scaling complex products with technical systems and regulatory constraints
- Strong collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders and ability to drive cross-functional alignment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Owner's mentality with conviction to tackle challenges and drive solutions
- Data-driven approach to prioritization including KPI definition and product impact dashboards
- Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to validate assumptions and drive strategy
Nice to have
- Experience in Investment products with European Fintech, investment firm, or Bank's investment division
- Experience with Looker or similar analytical tools
- B2 level German for regulatory and compliance navigation
