About the role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to help build and scale our social presence. In this role, you'll own day-to-day social execution, from content creation and publishing to cross-functional coordination.

What you'll do

  • Create engaging, high-quality content for social platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn
  • Own the social content calendar, including scheduling and publishing posts
  • Assist in translating product updates, campaigns, and company moments into compelling social narratives
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Gen, Content Marketing, and Design to align on messaging and ensure brand consistency
  • Coordinate social amplification across teams and campaigns
  • Build and execute strategies to grow LinkedIn followership and engagement
  • Actively engage with the community through comments, conversations, and interactions
  • Track performance and report on key metrics including engagement, reach, and follower growth

What you'll need

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a related role
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for B2B audiences
  • Experience managing LinkedIn or other professional social platforms
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • A proactive, execution-focused mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
