About the role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to help build and scale our social presence. In this role, you'll own day-to-day social execution, from content creation and publishing to cross-functional coordination.
What you'll do
- Create engaging, high-quality content for social platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn
- Own the social content calendar, including scheduling and publishing posts
- Assist in translating product updates, campaigns, and company moments into compelling social narratives
- Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Gen, Content Marketing, and Design to align on messaging and ensure brand consistency
- Coordinate social amplification across teams and campaigns
- Build and execute strategies to grow LinkedIn followership and engagement
- Actively engage with the community through comments, conversations, and interactions
- Track performance and report on key metrics including engagement, reach, and follower growth
What you'll need
- 2+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a related role
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for B2B audiences
- Experience managing LinkedIn or other professional social platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, execution-focused mindset with a willingness to learn
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
