About the role
As Team Lead Partner Operations (Fulfillment), you will manage and develop a team of 3+ Operations Managers across 5 international markets (Italy, Spain, Poland, Netherlands & UK). You'll be responsible for optimizing fulfillment KPIs and managing 3PL performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop a team of 3+ Operations Managers across 5 international markets
- Oversee efficient performance of fulfillment KPIs and cost centers to manage 3PL performance
- Present KPIs to leadership and derive actionable strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Create solutions for operational challenges to delight customers
- Collaborate with operations, commercial and tech teams including Process Engineering, Tech, Customer Support, and Account Management
- Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve fulfillment processes and software (ERP and WMS)
- Shape the vision of Hive's 3PL partner program with significant autonomy
What you'll need
- Previous experience managing teams in fulfillment operations (5S methodology knowledge required)
- Proven track record leading diverse remote teams
- Data-driven decision making skills with Excel proficiency for cost analysis
- Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality for building SOPs
- Curiosity for 3PL supplier relations and e-commerce operations
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Nice to have
- Experience managing fulfillment operations via 3PLs
- SQL knowledge
