About the role
We're hiring a Strategic alliance Manager to lead partner engagement and accelerate adoption across our Cloud marketplace partners. With an initial focus on Azure, your main goal will be to unlock the Microsoft ecosystem for n8n, turning ad-hoc activity into a repeatable motion that generates Sourced revenue, grow average deal size & accelerate our time to market proving Azure marketplace as a central GTM motion for n8n.
What you'll do
- Own Azure strategy end to end (co-sell, Marketplace, field alignment) with a clear plan, priorities, KPIs, and operating rhythm
- Map and develop relationships across Microsoft partner org and field (AEs, PDMs, specialists, Marketplace) that consistently convert into opportunities
- Stand up repeatable co-sell execution: account targeting, deal registration support, mutual action plans, QBR cadence, and escalation paths
- Build a joint co-marketing Deliver campaigns, field events, and solution selling into enterprise and embedded use cases
- Make n8n fully transactible and scale private offers to remove enterprise friction and speed time to close
- Enable Sales, SE, Marketing, and CS with playbooks, training, and lightweight governance so the motion runs without heroics
- Inspect and report Azure sourced and influenced pipeline, co-sell actives, win rates, cycle time, Marketplace attach, and field engagement health
- Replicate the proven Azure model into APN/ACE/Marketplace and establish early field alignment and throughput in H2 2026
What you'll need
- Microsoft Azure fluency: You bring 3+ years working for or with Microsoft Azure (Alliances/PDM, Cloud GTM, or Enterprise Software Sales)
- Referenceable Microsoft network: You have field and partner org relationships and know how co-sell actually moves deals
- Product + value articulation: You learn technical products fast and frame an Azure-aligned value tied to seller incentives and cloud consumption
- Builder who drives outcomes: You create field pull, orchestrate deals, and translate relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue
- Program and stakeholder management: You run consistent rhythms across Sales, SE, Marketing, and CS with clear plans, enablement, and inspection
- Incentives literacy: You pragmatically use co-op, MDF, SPIFFs, and related funds to shape seller behavior and joint GTM

- Global breadth: You've operated across multiple regions and customer segments
- Quota-carrying chops: You have prior direct sales experience or have built a hyperscaler relationship from scratch
- Marketplace expertise: You've driven Commercial Marketplace motions, private offers, and enterprise procurement paths
- Automation/AI background: You know integration, automation, or AI-enabled workflow products
