About the role
Join Scout24's sales team as a B2B sales representative focused on new customer acquisition for Germany's leading real estate platform ImmoScout24. You'll manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals while building long-term business relationships.
What you'll do
- Identify and qualify potential new customers through targeted market and audience analysis
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling activities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
- Analyze customer needs and identify suitable solutions from the product portfolio
- Handle negotiations, objections, and create customized acquisition presentations
- Build product expertise across Scout24's integrated solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
- Provide support for sales-related questions and partner system integrations
What you'll need
- Completed vocational training or relevant experience, ideally in B2B sales or real estate
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of meeting targets
- Strong hunter mindset with high closing orientation
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Proactive, structured, goal-oriented working style with analytical thinking
- High self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and resilience during longer sales cycles
- Fluent German language skills

- Experience using AI tools for productivity and problem-solving
- Background in account management or real estate industry
