About the role
As a Midweight Digital Designer at Taxfix, you'll take ownership of design projects across their web ecosystem, creating landing pages, content migrations, and conversion-optimized marketing funnels across multiple European markets. You'll work closely with a senior designer mentor while reporting to the Design Lead, focusing on designing, building, and shipping work that millions of users interact with.
What you'll do
- Transform landing pages into compelling visual stories that communicate value and drive action
- Develop visual and dynamic design concepts with focus on motion, hierarchy, and emotional impact
- Own and deliver landing pages, web experiences, and content pages from concept to production
- Design for conversion with device-optimized experiences that balance creativity with business impact
- Work within and evolve component-based design systems while maintaining consistency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and content teams
- Experiment with emerging AI-assisted design tools and prototyping technologies
- Maintain pixel-level precision and typographic quality standards
- Use analytics, A/B testing, and user research to inform design decisions
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of professional digital design experience with strong portfolio
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma including prototyping and component architecture
- Hands-on CMS experience (Uniform, Contentful, Storyblok, or similar)
- Coding literacy in HTML/CSS/JS to direct AI tools or prototype independently
- Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools
- Experience with component-based design systems at scale
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform optimization
- Ability to use data and performance metrics to inform design decisions
- Very good English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with node-based or automation workflows
- Understanding of prompt engineering principles
- CRM and marketing automation experience
- ASO (App Store Optimization) experience
- Experience working across multiple markets or localized content
