About the role
The Inside Sales Team at Doctolib is the first point of contact for practices and doctors interested in our AI products. You will qualify incoming inquiries, advise potential customers, and ensure they experience the added value of our AI innovations from the start.
What you'll do
- You qualify incoming inbound leads for our AI product portfolio and prepare them for the Sales Team
- You are in direct contact with practice teams, coordinate and arrange appointments and learn to communicate professionally with customers
- You ensure flawless data management in our CRM system Salesforce
- You act as an important interface to our onboarding teams and ensure a smooth customer journey
- You support process optimization in Inside Sales and assist the team with other tasks and projects
What you'll need
- You have an interest in sales and would like to gain first practical experience
- You enjoy customer contact and are characterized by your friendly, communicative nature
- You work conscientiously, responsibly and enjoy working in a team
- You are well organized, keep track of things even in a dynamic environment and like to help with various tasks
- You have fluent German language skills in speech and writing (min. C1) as well as good English skills
