About the role
You'll manage complete customer relationships from contract signing to installation completion for energy-efficient home renovations. As the central point of contact, you'll guide customers through the entire installation and subsidy process while coordinating with craftsman partners.
What you'll do
- Handle complete customer care from onboarding to final installation acceptance
- Serve as primary contact and proactively guide customers through installation and subsidy processes
- Coordinate appointments and workflows with craftsman partners ensuring commitments are met
- Manage subsidy processing (BAFA/KfW) ensuring complete and timely documentation
- Identify risks and delays early, communicating proactively internally and externally
- Maintain customer data, project status and communication in CRM and ERP systems
- Provide structured customer feedback to the team and actively improve processes
What you'll need
- Experience in customer management, customer success, or project coordination, ideally B2C with complex products or longer project timelines
- Clear, empathetic and reliable communication skills, especially when projects face challenges
- Independent and structured work approach with ability to manage multiple parallel projects
- Interest in energy efficiency, heat pumps and solar systems with basic technical understanding
- Proficiency with digital tools and quick learning of new systems
- Fluent German speaking and writing skills
- Hands-on mentality to solve problems before they escalate

- Experience with CRM tools and ERP systems
- English language skills
