About the role
This is an Account Management position focused on building and maintaining relationships with direct-to-consumer brands across Europe. You'll own customer relationships end-to-end, help with onboarding, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer success on Hive's e-commerce operations platform.
What you'll do
- Consult customers on growth strategies, optimization opportunities, and new product launches while managing your customer portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships by serving as the primary connection between customers and internal Hive teams
- Collect and analyze customer feedback with the product team to drive product development
- Onboard new customers alongside the Onboarding team to ensure exceptional first experiences
- Work with the pan-European account management team to deepen relationships with fast-growing DTC brands
What you'll need
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B Account Management, Sales, or Business Development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for relationship building and personal development
- Strong analytical and empathetic communication abilities
- Enthusiasm for being the face of the company to customers
- Fluent German and English (C2 level) in writing and speaking
- Previous experience in Start-Up, Software, or SaaS companies
