Technical Onboarding Consultant

About the role

You'll be part of the Technical Onboarding team at Doctolib, helping healthcare practices and hospitals successfully migrate to their software platform. Your role focuses on data migration, technical consulting, and ensuring smooth IT infrastructure integration for new customers.

What you'll do

• Migrate patient and appointment data from external practice systems into Doctolib software through file conversion and data cleansing
• Serve as technical contact point for practices, checking technical requirements and providing tech support during onboarding
• Support internal teams like Sales and Deployment with expertise on data migration and complex technical onboarding topics
• Handle product integration of all-in-one practice software and AI-based phone assistants
• Design and conduct training sessions or develop automation scripts for recurring onboarding processes

What you'll need

• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills
• Advanced Excel skills for data processing and basic knowledge of SQL and/or Regular Expressions
• Strong understanding of APIs, IT infrastructure, networks, VPNs, and their setup
• Excellent communication skills for phone and online meetings with B2B and B2C clients
• High attention to detail, willingness to learn, and genuine curiosity about healthcare technology

Nice to have

• Programming experience in JavaScript and/or Python with demonstrable projects
• Experience with patient management systems or EHR systems
• Experience with SaaS solutions or AI implementation in daily work
