About the role

This is an Accounting Project Manager position at 1KOMMA5°, a CleanTech company building the energy system of the future. You'll work on operational and strategic projects while supporting daily accounting operations and process improvements across the Finance department.

What you'll do

• Plan, execute and coordinate operational and strategic projects in close collaboration with operational Accounting management and CFO
• Create reports in Excel and prepare meetings
• Handle administrative tasks in Accounting and across the entire Finance department
• Implement new interfaces, tools and technologies while continuously improving accounting processes
• Support daily operations including preparatory accounting activities

What you'll need

• Completed degree in Finance with specific focus on Accounting
• Initial professional experience in Accounting or comparable Finance position, ideally with some leadership skills
• Structured and analytical working style with drive to implement tasks independently and actively question and improve processes
• Very good Excel skills and ideally experience with DATEV and LucaNet
• Agile mindset and willingness for regular business travel
• Very good German and English language skills
