About the role

We're looking for a creative and driven Senior Designer to join our growing Global Creative team. You'll concept, design, and iterate across paid social, display, app campaigns and CRM, working day-to-day with strategy, copy, and motion to deliver creative that is both on-brand and measurable.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design execution for performance marketing across paid social, display, App campaigns, and CRM, delivering concepts that are compelling, conversion-minded, and aligned with platform best practices
  • Develop creative concepts from brief to execution, bringing fresh ideas and strong visual storytelling to always-on and test-and-learn workstreams
  • Collaborate daily with strategists, copywriters, and motion designers to translate insights into strong creative narratives and executions
  • Drive data-informed iteration: use performance learnings (and feedback loops with performance partners) to refine work, improve results, and scale what's working
  • Build scalable systems: create modular design frameworks, templates, and toolkits that enable speed, consistency, and localisation/versioning without sacrificing craft
  • Ensure quality and consistency from concept through final delivery, setting a high bar for typography, composition, hierarchy, and pixel-perfect execution
  • Apply testing methodologies and help shape experimentation (what to test, how to structure variants, and how to translate learnings into better creative)
  • Mentor and elevate through critique and guidance—helping raise creative standards and performance craft across the team

What you'll need

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating impeccable craft, art direction, and digital-first design thinking, including performance advertising work
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience, with meaningful experience in performance marketing channels (paid social, display, and/or CRM)
  • Strong understanding of performance creative principles: attention-grabbing, fast comprehension, scroll-stopping composition, platform-native design, and effective CTA hierarchy
  • Data fluency and curiosity: comfortable working with metrics and insights to inform creative decisions; confident in iterating based on performance and testing results
  • Excellent concepting and collaboration skills, able to partner tightly with copy and motion to bring ideas to life
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with tools like Slack and Jira
  • A bias for action: you move fast, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership through ambiguity
  • Fluent English (German, French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus)
