Founder's Associate

About the role

As Founder's Associate at Delvo, you'll be a force multiplier for the founding team working on agentic intelligence for strategic procurement. You'll operate at the intersection of growth, sales, and execution, tackling high-impact initiatives across business development, customer relationships, and strategic projects in the enterprise AI space.

What you'll do

• Build outbound pipeline, run outreach campaigns, and develop partnerships that open new revenue channels
• Join customer conversations, prepare demos and proposals, support pilot rollouts, and help close enterprise deals
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives including new market entry analysis, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning
• Build internal systems for scaling operations including reporting, CRM workflows, and vendor management
• Help attract exceptional talent and shape company culture as the team grows
• Represent Delvo at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings

What you'll need

• 2-4 years experience in management consulting, venture capital, high-growth startups, or investment banking
• Outstanding analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems, build models, and translate data into decisions
• Execution speed with ability to ship fast and iterate quickly
• Excellent communication skills in German and English for C-suite presentations and partner proposals
• Entrepreneurial drive with previous experience building something from scratch
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities based on customer feedback and market signals

Nice to have

• Background in procurement, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS
• Technical literacy to communicate with engineers and understand product decisions
