- Plan and schedule incoming service tickets for our heat pump customers
- Coordinate daily tours of our service technicians and ensure efficient capacity utilization
- Serve as contact person for appointment coordination and ensure all parties have relevant information
- Identify urgent cases (e.g. heating system failures) and ensure rapid scheduling
- Maintain overview of ongoing operations, capacities and short-term changes at all times
- Identify optimization potential in dispatch and help make our service processes more efficient
