About the role
You'll work at the interface between Doctolib's platform and the German healthcare IT landscape, solving complex integration problems and supporting customers with technical challenges. This role focuses on ensuring seamless integration of Doctolib into customer infrastructure while working with German healthcare IT systems and standards.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support for German Telematic Infrastructure including interface architecture, card management, and Gematik standards
- Support and troubleshoot Doctolib solutions during onboarding, performance issues, updates, and configurations
- Solve complex interoperability problems with connectors and APIs in collaboration with IT service partners
- Independently analyze complex technical issues with thorough documentation and collaborate with development teams via Jira
- Use AI tools to efficiently develop problem solutions and generate comprehensive knowledge
- Proactively transfer knowledge to internal teams to prevent technical challenges and improve customer satisfaction
What you'll need
- Experience with complex IT infrastructures, networks, and security-critical systems
- Practical experience with API integration and troubleshooting
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both IT experts and non-technical users
- Very good German (minimum C1) and good English (minimum B2) skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Telematic Infrastructure, Gematik standards, and other healthcare IT systems
- Experience with IT service partners, KIM+, eAU and e-prescription workflows
- Familiarity with observability tools like Kibana, Datadog, or Elasticsearch
- Degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics, or comparable professional experience
