Warehouse Operations Manager (German speaking) (m/w/x)

About the role

This Operations Manager role focuses on ensuring excellence and predictability in Grover's asset lifecycle management. You'll act as the operational bridge between strategic direction and day-to-day execution, spending approximately 50% of your time onsite at 3PL warehouses to drive quality and compliance across the circular supply chain.

What you'll do

• Conduct regular visits to partner facilities to monitor performance across inbound, grading, repair, and outbound stages
• Validate 3PL adherence to SOPs and SLAs, identifying bottlenecks and escalating risks
• Develop and refine audit frameworks for asset condition, grading consistency, and serial accuracy
• Lead root-cause analyses for operational deviations and track quality KPIs
• Support the VP of CSC by translating onsite insights into strategic decisions and process improvements
• Build strong relationships with 3PL leaders and collaborate with Data, Product, and Repair teams

What you'll need

• Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within circular economy or refurbished goods
• Hands-on mentality with comfort spending significant time in warehouse environments
• Data-driven analytical mindset capable of translating operational findings into clear reports
• Strong knowledge of quality management, audit frameworks, and E2E supply chain workflows
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and pivot quickly to resolve risks
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with 3PL staff and leadership
• Willingness to travel 50% of time to warehouses in Germany and Netherlands
• C1+ English and B2+ German language skills
