About the role
You'll be responsible for proactively acquiring new B2B customers within the Spanish market for ImmoScout24. This is a results-driven sales position focused on identifying high-potential opportunities, building relationships via phone, and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships.
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of proactively acquiring new B2B customers within the Spanish market
- Develop thorough understanding of prospective clients' business objectives and align tailored solutions
- Apply strong sales acumen to acquire new customers via phone and establish sustainable partnerships
- Drive revenue performance through strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives
- Consistently achieve and exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics
What you'll need
- Commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional experience in B2B sales or account management
- Proven experience in sales with strong hunter mentality and track record in new customer acquisition
- Experience with cold calling and outbound sales
- Proactive, well-structured, and results-driven working approach
- Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English
- Experience leveraging AI tools for problem-solving and productivity
