About the role

You'll be a Customer Success Specialist serving as the technical expert in your team, managing strategic large accounts and driving revenue growth. You'll develop compelling business arguments, coach team members in challenging situations, and continuously optimize processes for better customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Serve as technical expert in your team, bringing deep commercial and technical expertise to achieve portfolio goals
  • Manage strategically important large accounts using proven methods like regular business reviews and strategic planning
  • Lead contract extensions, develop customer value propositions, and support commercial implementation
  • Coach and enable team members by sharing best practices and providing methodical support in challenging customer situations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase effectiveness and scalability of customer support
  • Work cross-functionally to solve recurring issues and continuously improve overall customer experience

What you'll need

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Strong portfolio management skills with ability to maintain overview of many customers and work data-driven
  • Relationship-building expertise to create authentic partnerships with customers
  • Commercial mindset with understanding of business logic and ability to identify sales opportunities
  • Hands-on mentality with ability to coordinate independently and drive completion
  • Excellent German (minimum C1) and good English (minimum B2) for customer interactions

Nice to have

  • Healthcare industry experience, ideally from practice or clinic environments
  • Technical understanding with affinity for software products and ability to explain complex features
  • Data affinity with experience in CRM systems like Salesforce and dashboard usage
