Graduate Compliance & KYC Analyst

About the role

This is an entry-level Compliance & KYC Analyst position at Moss, a FinTech scale-up in Berlin. You'll work hands-on with real customer cases from day one, building expertise in compliance, risk assessment, and financial operations while contributing to a secure and scalable platform.

What you'll do

• Review customer applications, collect documentation, and analyze company structures including ultimate beneficial owners
• Run sanctions and PEP checks and assign structured risk ratings
• Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and red flags in customer data
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, and Commercial teams
• Contribute ideas and process improvements beyond daily tasks

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (minimum C1)
• Strong interest in FinTech, financial processes, or operational excellence
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to take ownership
• Analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Dutch language skills
