About the role
This is an entrepreneurial Business Development Representative role focused on driving Synthflow AI's expansion into complex enterprise organizations across Europe. You'll work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to target multi-layered organizations and generate executive-level conversations that develop into long-term partnerships.
What you'll do
- Strategically identify and prioritise enterprise accounts across a defined European territory
- Conduct deep account research to uncover AI initiatives, digital transformation projects, and executive priorities
- Map multi-threaded buying committees across business, IT, and operations stakeholders
- Generate and own high-quality outbound pipeline through insight-led, multi-channel outreach
- Penetrate complex organisations by crafting tailored messaging aligned to enterprise-level ROI and operational impact
- Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to develop territory plans, coordinate account strategies, and accelerate deal momentum
- Contribute significantly to Synthflow's EU outbound playbook by testing messaging, vertical positioning, and market hypotheses
- Act as an early signal provider for regional trends, objections, and competitive insights
What you'll need
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or outbound-focused role within B2B SaaS
- Exposure to mid-market or enterprise-level selling environments strongly preferred
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders with professionalism and confidence
- Strong research capability and intellectual curiosity around AI, automation, and emerging enterprise technologies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and contributing beyond defined role boundaries
- Grit, resilience, and a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Fluency in German and English (Spanish speaking is a strong plus)
