AI Agent Specialist – Operations

About the role

We need someone who understands operations and loves AI to implement real solutions, not build slides. You'll analyze processes, build AI agents, and measure impact while bridging the gap between operations and technology teams.

What you'll do

• Analyze processes in Customer Care, Logistics and QA to identify where AI can make the biggest impact
• Build functioning AI agents with external partners from initial testing to full rollout
• Track, measure and optimize performance until the numbers are right
• Bridge communication between Operations and Tech teams
• Train teams to use new tools independently so you can focus on the next project
• Deliver clear metrics on ROI, cost savings and next steps

What you'll need

• 2-4 years experience in Operations, Process Optimization or Business Analysis
• Proven experience automating at least one end-to-end process
• Python skills for scripting, data analysis and automation
• Understanding of APIs and data flows
• Fluent German and English (C1+)
• Motivation to build something completely new

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents or prompt engineering
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Zapier, Make.com
• Understanding of how scale-ups work
