About the role

Your goal is to be the primary analytical and strategic owner of the French market. You will move the needle on our "2026 big bets" by connecting data to revenue levers and building systems from scratch. You will work closely with the Country Lead but are expected to drive results without daily supervision.

What you'll do

  • Corridor Performance: Maintain the performance framework for 35 French destinations, delivering actionable recommendations to Commercial, Supply, and Tech teams.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead cross-functional delivery for French "big bets," including bonus system optimizations, brand differentiation, and destination portfolio evolution.
  • Customer Experience: Define, document, and operationalize the French CX standard within your first 90 days.
  • NPS Growth: Drive root cause analysis of customer satisfaction across segments and touchpoints, coordinating improvement workstreams with clear ownership.
  • Market Intelligence: Synthesize local market data and competitive intelligence into strategic roadmaps for Marketing, Supply, and Product teams.

What you'll need

  • 3-5 years in strategy consulting, startup operations, or high-growth business development.
  • French native speaker with professional proficiency in English.
  • A proven track record of delivering structured outcomes in ambiguous environments without a pre-defined playbook.
  • Experience as the primary analytical owner of multi-stakeholder initiatives in a D2C or premium consumer category.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, NPS platforms, and commercial analytics tools like Looker.
  • Ability to independently construct analyses that connect raw data to business impact.
  • Skilled at driving outcomes through influence across Sales, Supply, and Marketing without needing a formal mandate.
