About the role

You don't sell a product. You sell a change in how companies invest in their people. Urban Sports Club partners with some of Europe's most forward-thinking companies to make wellbeing a core part of work life. To scale this impact, we're building a focused Enterprise Sales team, and we're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help us win and grow complex B2B partnerships. This is a role for someone who thrives in longer sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and strategic conversations at C-level, and who wants to shape how enterprise organizations think about employee wellbeing. You will own enterprise opportunities end-to-end — from first strategic conversation to contract signature and handover to Customer Success.

What you'll do

  • You win new enterprise B2B customers by positioning Urban Sports Club as a long-term wellbeing partner, not a transactional benefit
  • You manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Works Council)
  • You develop tailored commercial proposals and negotiate enterprise-level contracts in close collaboration with Legal, Finance and Tech
  • You work closely with Sales Development to build a strong pipeline through targeted outreach, networking and events
  • You orchestrate internal teams to move deals forward and deliver an outstanding buying experience
  • You track, forecast and report on pipeline and revenue, contributing actively to sales strategy and go-to-market decisions
  • You represent Urban Sports Club at industry events and strengthen our presence in the German enterprise ecosystem

What you'll need

  • You bring several years of experience selling complex digital B2B solutions to enterprise clients
  • You have proven ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
  • You are strong negotiation skills and confidence working with Legal, Procurement and Finance
  • You speak fluent German and feel comfortable to collaborate with international teams
  • You are structured, disciplined sales approach with a strong sense of ownership
  • You bring curiosity, resilience and the ability to challenge customers constructively
  • You are genuine interested in wellbeing, sports, fitness or future-of-work topics
