About the role
We're building the marketing engine at Hive, and this role is at the centre of it. We need a Growth and Performance Marketing Manager who doesn't just manage campaigns, they obsess over them. You will have a direct line to the Head of Marketing, with opportunities for real mentorship, real feedback, and an important role to play to help build marketing function from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Own paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, not just running campaigns but being fully accountable for what they return and the quality
- Own SEO and website optimization technical audits, content gap analysis, keyword strategy, and performance tracking
- Build and manage HubSpot automation that actually works: lead scoring models, lifecycle workflows, and nurture sequences that move people through the funnel
- Partner with Revenue Operations to lock down attribution so every demo booked has a clear source, and own the weekly performance dashboard
- Launch retargeting and lookalike strategies that make your budget work harder and your conversion rates prove it
- Work with Sales to tighten the lead handoff: define MQL and SQL criteria, track stage-by-stage conversion
- Report monthly on channel performance, CPA by source, and budget utilization with actual recommendations
- Bring your ideas to the table on how we can launch on new paid channels from scratch and own them end to end
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing at a SaaS or tech company
- Proven track record managing paid media budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and/or Meta with measurable pipeline results
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, email automation, list segmentation, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with attribution models, CPC/LTV calculations, and funnel conversion analysis
- Experience with ABM tools and strategies (HubSpot ABM, LinkedIn Account Targeting, or similar)
- Data-driven decision maker who can translate campaign performance into executive-ready insights
- Comfortable working in a lean team where you build from scratch rather than inherit an existing machine
- Excellent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking setup
- Experience with Metabase for marketing analytics
- Previous experience targeting SME brands or mid-market e-commerce companies in Europe
What they offer
- Competitive compensation with market-competitive salaries and equity incentive plan (EIP)
- 30 vacation days per year, plus a paid 20-day sabbatical every three years
- Choose the setup that helps you do your best work — MacBook plus accessories
- Flexible working hours and free drinks and snacks at offices
- Regular team events including company-wide offsites
