About the role

You will lead the development and optimization of sales and partnership operations tools and processes for Doctolib Germany. This role focuses on developing scalable go-to-market and partner enablement strategies while working closely with global and local teams to drive growth through efficient processes, innovative tools, and data-driven management.

What you'll do

  • Lead the evolution of operations tools and processes for sales and partnerships, focusing on partner sourcing, onboarding, enablement, and co-selling
  • Prioritize initiatives along global go-to-market and partnership strategies while ensuring local requirements flow into international roadmaps
  • Design, test, and implement end-to-end processes and tools in coordination with sales, partnerships, marketing, and operations teams
  • Identify optimization opportunities across the entire funnel from partner acquisition to joint success
  • Define clear goals and KPIs for sales and partnership use cases and ensure process adoption through documentation and dashboards
  • Establish collaborative relationships with sales excellence, partnerships, marketing, legal, finance, and data teams
  • Drive tooling developments including CRM/PRM systems, automations, and integrations while ensuring data quality

What you'll need

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, partnership operations, or sales/partner project management
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, ideally with PRM systems
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and relevant tools including automation and analytics
  • Structured and self-organized working style
  • Fluent German (C2) and very good English (C1) language skills
