About the role

As a Process Automation Associate, you'll build the operational backbone for trawa's growth by identifying friction points throughout the customer journey and transforming them into scalable, automated workflows. You'll work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams to make processes faster, cleaner, and more transparent using modern automation and AI tools.

What you'll do

  • Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and define clear requirements and success criteria
  • Design and implement low-code/no-code and AI automations across the customer journey including data transfers, task routing, enrichment, documentation, and notifications
  • Own projects end-to-end from concept through testing, rollout, documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Connect systems hands-on using tools and integrations like HubSpot and Airtable via APIs and webhooks
  • Create helpful documentation and ensure workflows are properly adopted and understood by teams
  • Develop deep understanding of scale-up operations and work on processes that directly impact revenue and customer experience

What you'll need

  • Initial experience with automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier or similar platforms
  • Good technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and structured data
  • Basic understanding of LLMs and practical implementation including prompting, quality checking, and reliability/context management
  • Ability to navigate complex system landscapes like HubSpot and Airtable efficiently
  • Hands-on "can do" mentality with curiosity to build prototypes and iterate quickly
  • Ownership mindset taking responsibility for results, not just tasks
  • German (C1 or higher) and professional English

Nice to have

  • Experience in fast-growing startups, RevOps, or process-driven environments
  • Background in energy/renewables or B2B SaaS
