CRM Tech Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a (Senior) CRM & Automation Specialist who combines deep CRM system knowledge with strong business understanding. You will own the end-to-end CRM architecture, optimize sales & marketing workflows, and drive data-driven automation across the customer lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Serve as the functional & technical owner of our CRM ecosystem
• Design, build, and optimize automation workflows, lead routing, sequences, scoring, and lifecycle frameworks
• Develop and maintain CRM data models, field structures, and permission frameworks
• Implement advanced automation to streamline sales, marketing, and customer success processes
• Act as the bridge between business and tech, translating requirements into scalable CRM solutions
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to define processes and ensure CRM supports operational excellence
• Manage CRM integrations and ensure seamless data flow and data quality across systems
• Build dashboards, reports, and performance tracking to measure funnel health and team productivity
