About the role
As a Senior Partner Solution Engineer at Parloa, you'll accelerate partner success and drive revenue growth by enabling partners to confidently discover, demo, and scope AI Agent solutions. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating Parloa's platform capabilities into clear business value while building long-term partner relationships throughout the pre-sales journey.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic and emerging partners
- Guide partners through Parloa sandbox environments, teaching platform capabilities and best practices
- Coach partners to discover customer needs, demo effectively, and architect AI Agent deployments
- Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and partners to understand business challenges
- Design solutions that align Parloa's capabilities with customer outcomes like improved CX and cost reduction
- Support proofs of concept, pilots, and technical validations
- Articulate business value and product differentiation to technical and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Customer teams on partner-led opportunities
- Provide partner feedback to improve product and enablement
- Attend external events and contribute to process improvements
What you'll need
- 5+ years of Sales Engineer experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, CCaaS, or enterprise software
- Deep experience with enterprise technology and sales processes
- Fluent in German and English
- Confident presentation and communication skills
- Strong consultative skills with ability to guide discovery conversations
- Solid technical aptitude for hands-on demo and sandbox work
- Partner and customer-first mindset with passion for helping others succeed
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple engagements
Nice to have
- Experience working with or enabling technology or services partners
- Familiarity with AI, conversational AI, voice bots, chatbots, VOIP/Telephony, or contact center technologies
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles
- Background in customer experience, automation, or digital transformation
- Familiarity with sales tools such as SFDC
