About the role

We're looking for a SEM Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will get a chance to own Pipedrive's paid search accounts end-to-end, working within a high-performing SEM team built for speed, boldness and impact.

What you'll do

  • Own Pipedrive's paid search accounts day-to-day — you are the hands-on operator across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Daily and weekly tracking of performance against budgets and targets — you deliver a clear narrative of what's happening, why, and what's next
  • Drive a continuous test-and-learn agenda — designing, executing and interpreting experiments with rigour and decisive follow-through
  • Create and maintain high-quality campaign structures that set the standard for account hygiene and execution excellence
  • Collaborate with CRO and Martech to ensure tracking is best in class and landing page testing is ongoing
  • Cooperate with the broader marketing team to align SEM activity with wider demand generation goals

What you'll need

  • 4+ years hands-on SEM experience with a track record of managing campaigns independently
  • Experience working with global accounts over 6 figures
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads - campaign types, bidding strategies, audience targeting, Quality Score levers
  • Confident and decisive with performance data - you diagnose problems and act on them without being directed
  • A strong ownership mentality, you know the account inside out and care about every detail of its performance
  • High attention to detail - meticulous when it comes to hygiene, consistency and making changes to accounts

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Google Ads Scripts or automation tools is a plus
  • Experience and/or interest in leveraging AI for SEM automation
