CFO

About the role

As CFO, you'll take full responsibility for the finance function of a rapidly growing property management company group with multiple subsidiaries. You'll work in a high-complexity operational and structural environment, developing scalable financial structures for both group and subsidiary levels while actively shaping company strategy as part of the leadership team.

What you'll do

• Serve as leadership team member actively shaping company and growth strategy
• Lead and develop the finance team while collaborating closely with executive management
• Take full responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning, cash flow management and controlling
• Build and develop decision-relevant management reporting systems
• Analyze value drivers, margins, cost structures and scaling effects
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (HGB, consolidated) and audits
• Ensure and prepare investor and bank-ready financial information
• Develop governance, control and compliance structures
• Structure group-wide financial flows and intercompany processes
• Prepare and support financing and refinancing processes
• Take active role in acquisitions including financial due diligence, purchase price structures and post-merger integration

What you'll need

• Several years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A, private equity or as finance manager in high-growth company
• Experience in high-growth, complex environments (buy-and-build, PE portfolio, platform models)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility and strong decision-making skills
• Proven success in transforming finance processes and implementing scalable systems
