About the role
As part of the Design team at Raisin, you'll assist in leading the design process from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and delivering high-fidelity designs. You'll collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to create effective design solutions that enhance user experience.
What you'll do
- Assist in leading the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and delivering high-fidelity designs
- Conduct competitive analysis and understand user motivations to inform design solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into effective design solutions and work closely with engineering teams to ensure implementation quality
- Measure the effectiveness of design solutions through qualitative and quantitative methods and iterate based on feedback
- Enhance user experience through refined interaction design and visual aesthetics
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes within the team
- Participate in recruitment and key decision-making activities within the product design team
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in product design
- Solid understanding of business and product metrics
- Ability to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback with a growth mindset
- Strong systems thinking skills, able to contextualize problems within a broader ecosystem
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a user-centric design approach
- Proficiency in data-informed design, leveraging insights and data to enhance design quality
- Skilled in various design tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality products
