About the role

This is a Head of Talent position at an AI-driven industrial supply platform that has scaled to triple-digit-million GMV. You'll architect and lead the talent strategy for the next growth phase, building systems and culture to scale from dozens to hundreds of A-players across global markets.

What you'll do

  • Design a global talent engine for end-to-end acquisition and retention across Germany, Europe, and Asia
  • Lead the recruiting team by coaching, setting targets, and creating predictable hiring rhythms
  • Partner with leadership to translate hiring demand into structured workforce plans and org design
  • Champion data and AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve time-to-hire and candidate quality
  • Elevate employer branding to attract world-class operators, engineers, and commercial talent
  • Embed performance culture through metrics, rituals, and systems that reward output and growth
  • Drive inclusion and compliance for fair, scalable global hiring practices
  • Model office-only culture with five days a week in-person presence at Berlin HQ

What you'll need

  • 5+ years in talent leadership, ideally in high-growth B2B tech or tech-enabled operations
  • Proven record of scaling teams from 100 to 200+ with measurable ROIC on hiring quality and retention
  • Deep understanding of sourcing systems, ATS platforms, and AI assistance for hiring
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in dashboards, funnel analytics, and talent forecasting
  • Experience building international teams and working with C-level executives
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Thrives in office-only culture and believes in proximity for speed and accountability
