Founders Associate Intern

About the role

As a Founders Associate Intern, you'll work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff to help voize expand into new markets and geographies. This is a strategic internship where you'll research markets, build business cases, and support cross-functional projects that shape the company's expansion strategy.

What you'll do

• Research and evaluate new markets by analyzing regulatory landscapes, competitive dynamics, and customer segments
• Build business cases and strategic presentations to support market entry decisions
• Support hands-on expansion work including mapping potential pilot partners and preparing outreach
• Run cross-functional projects including hiring support, investor prep, and internal process improvements
• Work across teams to keep expansion initiatives moving and aligned

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree at a leading university in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Sharp analytical mind with comfort working with data and structuring ambiguous problems
• Self-starter with high energy who takes initiative
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
• Resilience and ability to see challenges as opportunities

Nice to have

• German language skills
• Previous startup experience through internships, founding, or working student roles
• Exposure to healthcare or SaaS industries
