About the role
We're seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to join our Learning & Sales Enablement team in Berlin. You'll lead a team of 4-5 sales enablement professionals and own the entire enablement strategy for German sales teams, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to develop scalable onboarding programs and drive innovative enablement tools.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 4-5 sales enablement partners, trainers and coaches
- Own onboarding for new sales employees and ramp-up programs for new practice software
- Develop leadership programs for regional managers and build sustainable training routines
- Maintain and enhance sales guidelines, manage marketing alignments and implement modern enablement tools including AI coaching
- Create sales and installation content for partners and measure success through clear enablement KPIs
What you'll need
- Several years of experience in sales enablement, L&D or sales training, ideally in fast-growing B2B companies
- Team leadership experience having led, developed and driven teams to peak performance
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities to win stakeholders at all levels
- Data-driven approach measuring program success through concrete KPIs
- Fluent German and very good English skills
Nice to have
- Experience with modern sales enablement tools like AI coaching platforms or LMS systems
- Knowledge in building certification or licensing processes in sales
- Experience developing manager development programs and leadership training
- Familiarity with AI-supported enablement approaches like knowledge bots
