About the role

As a working student in Sales Operations, you'll support the Performance Team in optimizing sales workflows and driving diverse projects. You'll help make healthcare products more accessible to health professionals while contributing to improving healthcare for everyone.

What you'll do

  • Create reports and dashboards using Salesforce CRM to analyze sales performance and support strategic decision-making
  • Support sales teams with proper use of sales tools and processes, serving as contact person for CRM system questions
  • Identify and implement optimization opportunities within sales team processes
  • Develop communication and training materials for internal team meetings
  • Create online tutorials to explain new processes

What you'll need

  • Interest in digitalization and healthcare topics with commitment to work at least one year
  • Analytical mindset, high tool affinity, and good Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Structured, proactive working style and strong organizational abilities
  • High willingness to learn, solution-oriented approach, and enjoyment working in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent German and English (minimum C1 level each)
  • Currently enrolled as full-time student at university or college

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting processes
