About the role

You'll own pilot customer accounts and drive commercial success while building and deploying AI voice agents. This role combines customer success, technical implementation, and hands-on agent development to help enterprise customers integrate AI voice technology into their business operations.

What you'll do

  • Own dedicated pilot accounts and drive commercial outcomes including conversion rates and revenue
  • Manage pilot projects end-to-end, ensuring stakeholder alignment and tracking progress
  • Build, design, and refine AI agents that handle thousands of daily customer conversations
  • Partner with engineering teams to develop and ship production-ready voice agents
  • Track agent performance and continuously optimize based on success metrics
  • Lead customer workshops and training sessions to drive product adoption
  • Build and maintain workflows for customer onboarding and pilot management
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements for development teams

What you'll need

  • Strong customer-facing skills with genuine interest in helping customers succeed
  • Tech-savvy background or semi-technical experience
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German (additional languages preferred)
  • Experience building workflows and AI agents with understanding of prompt engineering and APIs
  • Willingness to work hands-on rather than purely strategic roles
