What you'll do
- Take responsibility for the conception, implementation and further development of digital features in the Customer Acquisition area – from requirements definition through mockups to testing and post-deployment monitoring
- Plan and conduct A/B tests independently – from idea generation and hypothesis formation through conception and implementation to impact analysis – with the goal of sustainably increasing the visit-to-lead conversion rate
- Use your analytical understanding to identify potential and gaps in tracking (Performance Marketing) – and ensure that we can make data-driven decisions
- Work closely with Marketing, Tech and Design and ensure that dependencies are actively managed and your measures measurably contribute to Enpal's growth
