Teamlead Indirect Procurement

About the role

You'll lead strategic and operational responsibility for central services and indirect procurement across the 1KOMMA5° Group. As the central interface between headquarters and regional units, you'll enable local offices to focus on growth and customer satisfaction while optimizing procurement processes and realizing cost advantages.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the Indirect Procurement Team, creating clear structures, responsibilities and standards
• Manage procurement for indirect categories (B- and C-articles, fleet, insurance, IT services) and conduct contract and price negotiations
• Collaborate with Accounting, Legal and Supply Chain teams to harmonize administrative processes between locations and headquarters
• Work with global and local management to identify optimal service portfolios that meet local needs
• Manage budget responsibility and control transparent performance allocation through relevant KPIs

What you'll need

• Completed business administration degree or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in procurement or related field
• Structured, independent working style with strong understanding of numbers and processes
• Energy and motivation to build scalable processes and teams for the future
• Leadership experience (ideally with interns or working students) and cooperative, goal-oriented leadership style
• Fluent German and English communication skills with diplomatic approach for internal and external partnerships
