About the role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d), who will shape and build the next generation of our digital platform for our clients. Working closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, you will implement, test, and ship new initiatives that deliver real value to our clients.
What you'll do
- Plan, implement and ship new features for our client facing applications together with your team
- Take technical ownership of specific features within your team's domain and drive their end-to-end implementation
- Follow and advocate best practices in code quality, testing, and system design, and contribute to improving our overall platform architecture
- Think beyond the code: challenge requirements, propose alternatives, and bring a product mindset to everything you build
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to build solutions that are technically sound and deliver real client value
- Share your experience with peers through code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions, helping the team continuously raise the bar
What you'll need
- Over 4 years of professional experience in software development of web and/or mobile applications in a full-stack environment
- Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and related runtime environments like Node.js
- You have worked with frontend frameworks like React or React Native, backend frameworks like express or hono and are comfortable when interacting with databases like PostgreSQL or Redis
- Understanding what constitutes high-quality web and mobile apps and their differences
- You exhibit a proactive and innovative mindset, take ownership of your projects and are committed to a high quality bar
