Senior Product Designer

About the role

As a Product Designer at voize, you'll design AI-powered mobile experiences for healthcare professionals, focusing on reducing administrative burden for nurses. You'll work on intuitive interfaces that translate complex care workflows into user-friendly mobile applications, directly impacting over 100,000 nurses across 1,500+ care facilities.

What you'll do

• Own a core product area and shape its design direction over time
• Design end-to-end user journeys and craft production-ready UI for high-pressure healthcare environments
• Conduct on-site visits and user sessions to understand real workflows and constraints
• Design for diverse user groups with varying levels of tech comfort to drive adoption
• Synthesize research into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and UX principles
• Use AI-assisted workflows and tools to accelerate exploration and prototyping
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams through implementation
• Work with Senior Product Designer on cross-product problems and design consistency

What you'll need

• Experience designing mobile-first product experiences end-to-end, ideally in Healthcare, SaaS or mobile workflow tools
• Contribution to large design initiatives with measurable success
• Strong interaction design and visual craft skills with attention to detail
• Fluency in Figma and modern AI tools for research, ideation, and prototyping
• Ability to communicate design intent clearly to engineers and product managers
• Understanding of mobile design patterns for Android and iOS
• Ability to operate well in ambiguity and make pragmatic trade-offs
• Fluency in both English and German for user research and team collaboration
