About the role
Lead and build a team of up to 4 technicians for the installation and technical operation of commercial large-scale energy systems in Germany. You'll be responsible for the professional installation and commissioning of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with VDE standards and managing complex renewable energy projects.
What you'll do
- Lead and build a team of up to 4 technicians for commercial energy system installations
- Install and commission electrical systems in compliance with VDE 4105/4110 standards
- Manage and optimize photovoltaic systems, energy storage, energy management, and e-mobility solutions
- Monitor and maintain grid connections, control and regulation technology
- Plan and install network components for networking projects
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and malfunctions
- Document work results and create technical reports
What you'll need
- Completed training as Electrical Master or comparable qualification (e.g., state-certified technician)
- Strong knowledge of VDE4105 and VDE 4110 standards and electrical system planning/installation
- Several years of experience in photovoltaic systems, ideally with solar system integration and operation
- Affinity for network technology and practical understanding of network structures
- Experience in team building and leadership
- Independent, responsible, and structured working approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Class B driver's license with willingness to travel regionally (±200km)
