Senior Assortment & Pricing Product Lead

What you'll do

• Own the product roadmap for all Assortment & Pricing tooling; translate commercial strategy into RFCs, specs, and user stories
• Prioritise across new capabilities, operational reliability, and tech debt
• Bridge the Assortment & Pricing team and engineering, make sure both sides have the context they need to ship
• Collaborate with local country stakeholders (Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance) to capture requirements and communicate delivery timelines
• Rapidly develop domain expertise in pricing strategy, promotional mechanics, and assortment optimisation for online grocery
• Use data (BigQuery, dashboards, ad-hoc analyses) to validate product decisions and unblock the team when needed
• Build pragmatic tooling and automations to free up your and others time to focus on the things that matter
