Director of Engineering ERP

About the role

As Director of Engineering, ERP, you are accountable for shaping and operating a robust, scalable ERP landscape that serves as a core platform across Finance, Operations, and our Financial Product. You ensure the system reliably supports day-to-day business operations while continuously evolving to meet the needs of a fast-growing and increasingly complex organization.

What you'll do

• Define and continuously evolve a clear target picture for the ERP landscape in close collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Commercial stakeholders
• Own the technical integrity of the ERP system, including architecture, integrations, and overall system design
• Ensure the ERP system serves as a reliable foundation for operational processes, financial flows, and reporting
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and ensure their feasibility within the ERP architecture
• Own and drive the resolution of concrete system and process issues, ensuring continuous improvement of existing structures
• Act as the technical representative for ERP within the organization, bridging business and engineering with deep domain expertise
• Establish and evolve effective structures and best practices, while maintaining flexibility in a dynamic environment
