Content Strategist

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Content Strategist to bring to life compelling content concepts across campaigns, launches, and always-on channels, from ideation to final output. This person will collaborate closely with creative teams to bring concepts to life, while continuously evaluating and optimizing content for performance, relevance, and brand fit.

What you'll do

• Drive the development of creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and always-on content
• Own content creation end-to-end, from ideation to final execution
• Support the Content & Concept Lead in shaping and refining campaign ideas
• Research trends, references, and cultural insights to inform creative direction
• Own moodboard and visual framework development to guide shoots and production
• Collaborate closely with designers, photographers, and videographers to execute concepts
• Review and evaluate content performance to optimize future outputs
• Ensure concepts are designed to scale across formats, channels, and markets without losing creative impact

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in the beauty industry, retail, or D2C brands
• Strong understanding of content, trends, and brand storytelling
• Proven ability to develop and execute creative concepts from ideation to final output
• Deep knowledge of the beauty space, including emerging brands and formats
• Strong experience in researching references and building clear, inspiring moodboards
• Confident in presenting ideas and creative directions to internal teams and stakeholders
• Sharp aesthetic sense with a clear point of view on what works
• Performance-driven mindset with the ability to optimize content for impact and brand alignment
