About the role

You'll lead community engagement strategy for one of the world's largest travel creator communities, focusing on nano and micro influencers. This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on community management to drive creator acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Define value proposition and messaging for creator community across different audience segments
  • Design and execute multi-channel engagement strategies across CRM, social media, and events
  • Drive targeted lifecycle campaigns to improve conversion from follower to active community member
  • Create campaigns highlighting community benefits and success stories to foster advocacy
  • Translate community insights into product features and marketing content
  • Collaborate with Product teams to inform feature development based on creator needs
  • Develop engaging content including guides, tutorials, newsletters, and success stories
  • Track and analyze community metrics including LTV, activation, retention, and churn
  • Use data insights to optimize campaign performance and refine targeting strategies

What you'll need

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or creator/influencer marketing
  • Demonstrated experience developing engagement strategies for online communities (preferably B2B)
  • Experience planning and executing CRM campaigns using Braze, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Tech teams on feature development
  • Knowledge of social media channels, especially Instagram and TikTok

Nice to have

  • Experience in the creator economy or working with influencers
  • Track record of segmenting audiences to improve product adoption and conversion rates
  • Experience developing and optimizing value propositions for different audience segments
  • YouTube platform knowledge
