About the role
You'll be a Product Manager within Raisin's US Tribe, focusing on scaling the growth engine and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience for their deposit marketplace. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll drive initiatives that strengthen product foundations and deliver best-in-class B2C experiences for US customers.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Design and Engineering teams to craft seamless customer experiences
- Conduct user research to understand customer behavior, motivations, and pain points
- Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of customer-facing initiatives that drive measurable results
- Design and optimize customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Run qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions and validate hypotheses
- Own product outcomes and connect company objectives to actionable metrics
- Drive data-informed decisions by improving data accessibility and establishing success metrics
- Apply frameworks like Design Thinking and Dual-Track Agile for structured discovery
- Define and communicate a clear 12-month product vision and strategic roadmap
- Maintain alignment and accountability across marketing, customer service, and engineering teams
What you'll need
- 2+ years of Product Management experience
- Fluent English communication skills
- Proven experience creating data-driven B2C customer experiences for web and mobile
- Experience working with Financial services products
- Familiarity with ReactJS, GraphQL, and tools like Looker and Contentstack
