About the role

As an Operations Manager-Dutch speaking (m/f/d), you will take on overall responsibility for setting up and further developing a customer service project for one of our renowned clients. You will design processes from scratch, develop scalable structures and manage several team leads and their remote teams. You will act not only as a project manager, but also as an active driver for the further development of the entire operations setup.

What you'll do

  • Develop operational structures from the ground up and define clear, scalable processes across the entire customer journey; identify inefficiencies, prioritise areas for action and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Manage projects holistically – both operationally and strategically – and act as the central point of contact for clients, always keeping business objectives in mind.
  • Lead team leads as well as permanent and freelance staff, set clear targets, establish regular feedback structures and continuously develop your organisation.
  • Analyse relevant KPIs, derive well-founded actions and make operational decisions independently, ensuring swift, effective implementation.
  • Work closely with internal functions such as Recruiting, Training, Quality and Tech, coordinate all stakeholders and ensure smooth operations.
  • Actively contribute to the further development of processes, structures and operating models beyond individual projects to help scale the organisation sustainably.

What you'll need

  • Solid experience in operations or project management, ideally having independently established or further developed structures or processes.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking – quickly identify interconnections and develop solutions that are both operationally effective and economically sound.
  • Ownership mindset: drive initiatives forward independently, set clear priorities and make well-founded decisions in dynamic situations.
  • Clear, engaging communication in German and English; ability to motivate, align and develop remote teams.
  • Organised and solution-oriented work style with the ability to adapt quickly to new requirements in complex situations.

What they offer

  • 30 days of vacation, job lunch allowance (€69/month), and a "Givve" card (€50/month top-up)
  • Discounts via "Corporate Benefits", JobRad leasing, and pension contributions (occupational pension & VL)
  • Flexible hybrid model from a dog-friendly modern office; work from abroad within the EU for 2 weeks a year
  • Opportunity to take on responsibility and drive innovation from day one
