About the role
We are looking for a highly AI-driven Digital Growth Architect to build and scale a next-generation digital presence for STARK. This is not a typical social media role — you will be architecting a system that operates at the intersection of AI, engineering, and brand to build a high-performance content engine designed for long-term dominance.
What you'll do
- You are a hands-on executor: strategy is useless when stuck in a dev queue. You use AI tools to bypass bottlenecks, implement technical fixes, and deploy content autonomously.
- You are an architectural storyteller: you don't just write posts; you build a cohesive digital presence. You bridge the gap between complex engineering and sharp, kinetic brand execution.
- You engineer long-term momentum: you understand that organic growth (SEO, YouTube, and social) requires discipline. You build content pipelines that yield compounding returns over 12–24 months, not overnight hacks.
- You are fiercely pragmatic: you design scalable content strategies, prioritizing what actually moves the needle without needing an army of external writers or agencies.
- You think beyond traditional search: you optimize for LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), manage high-frequency social platforms, and structure data just as naturally as you optimize for Google.
What you'll need
- End-to-End Social Execution: own the publishing cadence across all core channels (LinkedIn, X, etc.). You don't just schedule; you are the final checkpoint for brand voice, formatting, and daily momentum.
- Content Orchestration & Design Alignment: act as the operational link between strategy and visual execution. You will organize, brief, and collaborate with the design and brand team to ensure every social asset matches our brand direction.
- AIO & Search Architecture: structure technical data and brand narratives so both modern AI models and search engines cite STARK accurately and favorably.
- Digital Brand Defense: dominate search results and social narratives for brand terms, building a digital shield that controls our positioning globally.
- YouTube Ecosystem: treat YouTube as a search engine. Build a long-form video strategy driven by high-demand topics, retention mechanics, and CTR optimization.
- Technical SEO Autonomy: audit and solve indexation, crawl budget, and site-speed issues independently.
